Return and Refund Policy for Fuller Farm

At Fuller Farm, we strive to provide a delightful and memorable experience for all our visitors. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or visit, please review our return and refund policy outlined below.
1. General Admission Tickets
- Non-Refundable: All general admission tickets are non-refundable.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event that the farm must close due to inclement weather, visitors may reschedule their visit for another date within the same season, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the original ticket date. Please contact us at fullersfamilyfarm@yahoo.com to arrange a new visit date.
2. Event Tickets
- Non-Refundable: All tickets for special events, including but not limited to festivals, concerts, and workshops, are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: If an event is canceled by the farm, ticket holders will be notified and given the option to transfer their tickets to a rescheduled date or receive a credit for future events.
- Transfers: Tickets for special events may be transferred to another individual. Please contact us at fullersfamilyfarm@yahoo.com to arrange a ticket transfer.
3. Product Purchases
- Pumpkins and Produce: All sales of pumpkins, produce, and other perishable items are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on these items.
- Non-Perishable Goods: Non-perishable items, such as merchandise and souvenirs, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in new, unused condition with original packaging and receipt.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at fullersfamilyfarm@yahoo.com within 48 hours of purchase or receipt to arrange a return or exchange.
4. Farm Activities and Experiences
- Non-Refundable: Fees for farm activities and experiences, such as hayrides, petting zoo entry, and corn maze access, are non-refundable.
- Weather-Related Interruptions: If an activity is interrupted or canceled due to weather, visitors may receive a voucher for a future visit or activity, valid within the same season.
5. Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund or exchange for eligible items, please contact us at fullersfamilyfarm@yahoo.com with your order details and reason for the request.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or the cancellation request.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. For cash purchases, refunds will be issued by check.
