Terms and Conditions for Visiting Fuller Farm

Effective Date: June 3, 2024


Welcome to Fuller Farm. We are delighted to have you visit our pumpkin patch and enjoy our farm activities. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Admission and Entry

  • All visitors must purchase a ticket for admission to the farm.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Visitors must wear the provided wristbands or display tickets at all times while on the farm premises.


2. Hours of Operation

  • The farm is open from 10am to 5pm on Saturdays.
  • We reserve the right to close the farm without prior notice due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Safety and Conduct

  • Visitors must follow all posted signs and instructions from farm staff.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Pets are not allowed on the farm, with the exception of service animals.
  • Visitors are prohibited from climbing on farm equipment, fences, or structures not designated for public use.


4. Assumption of Risk

  • Visitors acknowledge that farm activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to interaction with animals, uneven terrain, and use of farm equipment.
  • By entering the farm, visitors voluntarily assume all risks associated with their visit.


5. Liability Waiver

  • Visitors agree to release and hold harmless Fuller Farm, its owners, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any injury, death, or property damage arising out of or in connection with their visit to the farm.


6. Health and Hygiene

  • Visitors experiencing symptoms of illness are requested to stay home and visit the farm at a later date.


7. Property Damage

  • Visitors are responsible for any damage they cause to farm property, equipment, or structures.
  • Visitors must not pick or damage crops, plants, or decorations unless explicitly permitted.


8. Photography and Videography

  • Visitors are welcome to take personal photographs and videos for private use.
  • Commercial photography and videography require prior written permission from farm management.
  • By entering the farm, visitors grant permission for Fuller Farm to use any photographs or videos taken during their visit for promotional purposes without compensation or additional consent.


9. Alcohol and Smoking

  • The consumption of alcohol is not prohibited on the farm premises.
  • Smoking is not allowed on the farm, except in designated smoking areas.


10. Lost and Found

  • Fuller Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  • Found items will be held at the farm’s lost and found for 14 days before being donated or discarded.


11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.


12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Fuller Farm reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the farm facilities following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.


By entering Fuller Farm, visitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Return and Refund Policy for Fuller Farm

Effective Date: June 3, 2024


At Fuller Farm, we strive to provide a delightful and memorable experience for all our visitors. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or visit, please review our return and refund policy outlined below.


1. General Admission Tickets

  • Non-Refundable: All general admission tickets are non-refundable.
  • Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event that the farm must close due to inclement weather, visitors may reschedule their visit for another date within the same season, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the original ticket date. Please contact us at fullersfamilyfarm@yahoo.com to arrange a new visit date.


2. Event Tickets

  • Non-Refundable: All tickets for special events, including but not limited to festivals, concerts, and workshops, are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: If an event is canceled by the farm, ticket holders will be notified and given the option to transfer their tickets to a rescheduled date or receive a credit for future events.
  • Transfers: Tickets for special events may be transferred to another individual. Please contact us at fullersfamilyfarm@yahoo.com to arrange a ticket transfer.


3. Product Purchases

  • Pumpkins and Produce: All sales of pumpkins, produce, and other perishable items are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on these items.
  • Non-Perishable Goods: Non-perishable items, such as merchandise and souvenirs, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in new, unused condition with original packaging and receipt.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at fullersfamilyfarm@yahoo.com within 48 hours of purchase or receipt to arrange a return or exchange.


4. Farm Activities and Experiences

  • Non-Refundable: Fees for farm activities and experiences, such as hayrides, petting zoo entry, and corn maze access, are non-refundable.
  • Weather-Related Interruptions: If an activity is interrupted or canceled due to weather, visitors may receive a voucher for a future visit or activity, valid within the same season.


5. Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund or exchange for eligible items, please contact us at fullersfamilyfarm@yahoo.com with your order details and reason for the request.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or the cancellation request.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. For cash purchases, refunds will be issued by check.
